The ancient Roman roads that weave through current North African countries tell a rich history of the early church. The Gospel was once known and openly preached in the town centers across North Africa; however, it is currently one of the most unreached regions in the world. People live in darkness with little hope of hearing the Good News, with only 0.05% of people in North Africa being Evangelical Christian.
"How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
Romans 10:14-15
The Heeschen family is passionate about bringing the Good News to the people of North Africa. Being a Muslim background believer, they understand the heartache of watching family and friends still be under the veil of Islam. While expecting their first child, they moved to America to work at Home Office in the Operations Department and complete a degree in both Hebrew and Business. Strategically, they needed to finish their education to further develop their ministry in North Africa.
They are preparing to go back to North Africa and have the goal of raising $5K/month. They are currently at 32% of their goal. Please prayerfully consider partnering with the Heeschen family in reaching the Muslims in North Africa.
