Daniel and Elisabet were both born in Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain) and have a girl and four boys.
They are heirs to a rich legacy of Christian servants: grandparents who were active in the underground church during Franco’s dictatorship, and parents who have made a difference for Christ in their generation through church planting and Christian literature publication.
They spent their early years in local ministry throughout Catalonia and are currently preparing to return to Catalonia as full-time mission workers in 2021.
Their vision is two-fold.
On the one hand, they see a need for relational evangelism, starting ekklesia communities, teaching, and music-related service to local churches in Catalonia. Since they are already steeped in the language and culture, they are eager to get straight to work with various ministries in the challenging post-Christian Western culture of Catalonia. Their itinerant Bible teaching and music ministry is rooted in a passion to promote a robust understanding of the Bible and to foster biblical unity among believers as one Body of Christ.
Their second priority is to engage with, encourage and equip the church in North Africa. Initially, as they learn Arabic, they will be partnering with veteran cross-cultural workers who have been travelling to these countries for several decades. Given the urgent needs in the region, their desire is to help Christ-followers thrive in their faith through preaching, teaching, and coordinating conferences and partnership opportunities.
