Chair: Eric Bergen
Eric provides business and executive coaching to churches and non-profit teams, helping them leverage their ministries and teams for expanded impact in their communities. He previously served as Executive Pastor of Rolling Hills Church in El Dorado Hills, CA.
In addition to the 5 years he served as an executive pastor, Eric has 20 years of experience as an executive leader at several large health insurance companies, has been a business coach, and serves on several non-profit boards. Over his career, Eric has built and lead teams in a collaborative and successful way which achieved their goals and grew their businesses and ministries.

Over his career, Eric has built and lead teams in a collaborative and successful way which achieved their goals and grew their businesses and ministries.
Eric graduated from Westmont College with a history degree and received his Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Colorado. Over the past decade, he has received additional training on coaching, facilitating and team building. He is an avid reader/listener of leadership books and podcasts.
Eric and his wife Debbie live in Folsom, CA and have four grown children (and three grands!). Debbie works as a bookkeeper for a Folsom-based company. They enjoy cycling, pickleball and travel.

Don and Kathy Oates
Don and Kathy Oates founded Global Fellowship in 1989 after serving as both missionaries in the field and staff at a mission agency.
They live in Meadow Vista, California and have 4 children and 14 grandchildren. They have been involved in multiple church plants and multiple business start ups. After growing Global Fellowship for 30 years, they turned over day to day operations to younger staff who are growing the ministry to new levels.

After growing Global Fellowship for 30 years, they turned over day to day operations to younger staff who are growing the ministry to new levels.
Don still serves as President of Global Fellowship in an oversight role. Don and Kathy have a passion for encouraging young believers in their ministry and faith. Kathy has been leading a women’s bible study for more than 40 years.
Don and Kathy are also the founders of MissionStream, a sister agency to Global Fellowship.

Jim Wells
Jim, originally from North Carolina, and Allison, born and raised in So California, met while at LIFE Pacific University (formerly LIFE Bible College), and married in 1982. At that time, they were both employed in the Foursquare Denominational offices, Jim in Home Missions, and Allison in Foreign Missions. In 1983 Jim and Allison were asked to become Youth Pastors at Angelus Temple, founding church for the Foursquare denomination, where they served until being called in June of 1985 to move up to Northern California and assume the pastorate of the Foursquare Church in Shingle Springs, CA where they have continued pastoring for 36 years. They have raised four children and now have six grandchildren.
Throughout their ministry, they have both been actively involved in various ministries and mission’s outreaches. Jim has served as Divisional Superintendent from 1995 to 2010, Chaplain with El Dorado County Sheriff Dept. and they have both been involved in leading the church in missions’ outreaches to nations including Eastern Europe, the U.K., the Mid-East, Africa, Chile, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

Jim is also currently serving as an Area Support Raising Coach with Foursquare Missions International working with a team of Coaches who assist missionary candidates in raising their financial support prior to deployment.
Jim was asked to join the Board of Directors for Global Fellowship in January 2020.
