OUR PEOPLE

Though our field teams may be far-flung across the globe, we are a cross-cultural family woven together in the spirit of Christ. Our most valuable asset in spreading the gospel is the deep relationship that exists between our missionaries and staff. We see the fruits of this family mindset through the prosperity and longevity of these relationships.

For more than 30 years, like-minded believers have stood alongside us, prayerfully donating to our mission. We have seen God stretch those gifts to flourish his kingdom in unimaginable ways. It is our promise that 100% of financial gifts go straight to the mission field, tangibly meeting the needs of our teams as they bring communities into the family of Christ.

Our staff is characterized by a zeal for servanthood. We advocate for and prayerfully guide our field teams as they deliver the gospel. Our belief is that strong relationships build a solid foundation for effective ministry, and we work hard to ensure that Global Fellowship staff always reflects those values. Because we are committed to 0% overhead administrative costs, our team raises their own support and volunteers their time to build the Kingdom.

Since our organization started in 1989, the Global Fellowship board has included a body of humble and self-sacrificing members that lift up our team in prayer. In the early days, the board gathered each Sunday morning to pray for the needs of the missionaries. Today, the board is actively involved with our missionaries both in the office and in the field.
