A standout quality of our leadership is our commitment to treating our staff as intelligent individuals with sound judgment rooted in Christ. It is our belief that, when given guidance and ownership, our staff will respond in a way that is both adaptive to and honoring of our common goal.
This quality allows us to move away from traditional, policy-based codes of conduct and toward a mutual embrace of the principle behind Christ-centered conduct. It is for this reason that we have no written policies to which our staff must comply. Our desire is not that our team is confined to the letter of the rule, but instead to the spirit of the rule that can adapt and grow as does our organization. In this, it is our hope to cultivate a culture of accountability and sound judgement through a process of discernment and well-balanced decision making.
