This quality allows us to move away from traditional, policy-based codes of conduct and toward a mutual embrace of the principle behind Christ-centered conduct. It is for this reason that we have no written policies to which our staff must comply. Our desire is not that our team is confined to the letter of the rule, but instead to the spirit of the rule that can adapt and grow as does our organization. In this, it is our hope to cultivate a culture of accountability and sound judgement through a process of discernment and well-balanced decision making.

Since our organization started in 1989, the Global Fellowship board has included a body of humble and self-sacrificing members that lift up our team in prayer. In the early days, the board gathered each Sunday morning to pray for the needs of the missionaries. Today, the board is actively involved with our missionaries both in the office and in the field.
What about business expenses?
Expenses and fees are inevitable. All of our staff raise their own support, and we are consistently blessed by the generosity of our community. For those that feel called to donate specifically to our administration, you can give to our Home Office Fund here.
