Global Fellowship Leadership Summit
Over 100 church-planting leaders.
Over 40 countries represented.
All coming to be equipped and strengthened in their strategies for sharing the Gospel.
Why Does This Summit Matter?
More than 3 billion people in the world today have never heard the Gospel. That’s over 40% of the global population living in places where no church exists around them.
Yet only 3% of cross-cultural missionaries serve among the unreached. The vast majority of missionaries go to places that already have access to the Gospel, leaving the least-reached areas desperately underserved.
Global Fellowship is committed to changing that reality by focusing on indigenous leaders who already live among the least-reached, speak the language, and understand the culture. These men and women are not outsiders; they are planting churches in their own communities where being a follower of Jesus often comes at a high cost. Unlike Western workers, they cannot simply “return home” to a safe place, the mission field is their home.
This summit is one of the only opportunities they will have to:
- Be equipped with practical tools and strategies for effective ministry in hard and hostile places
- Build stronger networks with other leaders who face the same challenges
- Be renewed and strengthened for the demanding work of reaching the unreached
When they return, they bring back more than encouragement, they carry sharpened strategies, stronger networks, and renewed courage to take the Gospel where it has never gone before.
And this matters because indigenous workers are the ones who will finish the task. The Great Commission will not be fulfilled by a few outsiders, but by local leaders rising up and multiplying churches until every nation and people has heard the name of Jesus.
