Mitch and Carlie have had a passion for missions ever since their short term mission trips with their youth group. Carlie graduated from Moody Bible institute with a degree in biblical studies and an emphasis on intercultural ministries. Before college Carlie spent a semester in YWAM, serving in Honduras and Costa Rica. 

Mitchell has been working in the private sector in the retirement income planning industry. His expertise has led him to educate hundreds of industry professionals, presenting in offices, on podcasts, and at a top financial planning conference in the country. 

He is now excited to combine his passion for missions and financial expertise and experience to further the kingdom as Global Fellowships Director of Operations. In this role Carlie and Mitchell will be serving and supporting the logistical needs of our church planters around the world so they have the tools needed to maximize their effectiveness in reaching the unreached. Mitchell will also be managing and strengthening the organization's processes, finances, infrastructure, and strategic relationships in order to increase efficiency with the resources God has provided.
