Gospel for Bangladesh is a church-planting ministry that began out of a heart to share the Good News with the country of Bangladesh. There are nearly 165 million people packed into a relatively small country and statistically, most of them will never even meet another believer, let alone have an opportunity to hear the Gospel. A majority of the people are living in poverty and will suffer from an underdeveloped economy.
More than 25 years ago Asish Bowl saw the need for the people of his country to come into the loving knowledge of Jesus Christ and founded Gospel for Bangladesh. Currently, they have more than 20 church-planting leaders who are reaching Hindus and Muslims with the Good News. They have baptized thousands of Hindu and Muslim Background believers into the Kingdom throughout the years. Thousands of lives have been changed as a result of their work in Bangladesh.
A couple of years ago, Asish, passed into glory and left the ministry to his wife, Anne, and their son, Alvin. Asish's passing was unexpected so Alvin and Anne have labored to keep the vision of Gospel for Bangladesh intact and for their ministry to continue to grow. Please prayerfully consider joining them in their mission to reach Bangladeshis with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
