Carolyn Kuzhivila is serving in the Home Office as Director of Training. She is an educator and cross-cultural missionary who taught in seminaries, trained church-planters, and equipped laity to be effective witnesses in their respective workplaces.
Her passion is to be engaged in Missions, train and equip aspiring leaders and church planters to be effective and relevant in their given contexts of mission. Her key area of mission is cross-cultural leadership, developing specific mission strategies to effectively evangelize people belonging to diverse religious backgrounds, languages, classes, and cultures.
She currently develops resources and curriculum for specific regions in need of contextualized material. She researches new church-planting methods and resources for multi-religious and cultural contexts. She assesses the needs of church-planters on the field and connects those needs to appropriate resources and training.
