From their youth, Allan and Patricia Matamoros dedicated their lives to following and serving Jesus in world missions. Allan's journey began as the executive director of FEDEMEC, the pioneering sending missionary agency from Costa Rica to the Unreached. 

They both serve with COMIBAM (the Latin America Missions umbrella), working with a multinational team to transform Latin America from a mission field to a mission force.  

In 2004, Allan became the international director of PM-International, and Patricia became the Projects Director of the same mission. PMI is a Latin American church planting mission that focuses on the Muslim world; they have served there for 12 years.    

Allan has been the chairman of Vision 5:9, a global network of 180 mission agencies working to share Jesus's love and plant churches among Muslims. 

Allan and Patricia have devoted their lives to evangelizing the Muslim World. They have done personal mission work in Jordan, Cyprus, and Spain. 

Currently, they serve in two areas of action: 

First, deploying Latin-American church planting teams in Islamic regions.  

Secondly, from their regional center in Valencia, they are working alongside MBB Churches—Muslim Background Believers. Their focus is on Discipleship, Church Planting, and Compassion Ministries, especially in the Arab World (Middle East, North Africa) and African Muslims in the West Africa region.

They actively train and equip MBB leaders, participate in church planting initiatives, and partnering in compassion and development efforts to the Muslim communities they serve.
