Chiang Mai Field Office
A Strategic Ministry Hub
Help create a place to receive, equip, support, and send missionaries across Southeast Asia.
Global Fellowship is establishing a field office in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This is a meaningful step forward in our commitment to serve missionaries well, strengthen church planting efforts, and steward resources in a way that keeps field ministry at the center.
Why Chiang Mai?
Chiang Mai is a strategic city in the heart of Asia, surrounded by regions where millions still have little or no access to the Gospel. For years, Global Fellowship has sensed that this city could become an important base for ministry, support, and sending.
In 2024, that vision began to take a clear step forward with the establishment of a field office in Chiang Mai.
This office is not simply about having a place to work. It is about building a ministry hub in a location that allows for stronger coordination, deeper support, and greater reach among the unreached.
Our vision for the Chiang Mai office
Strategic Operations Center
The Chiang Mai office will serve as a central base for coordination, planning, and regional ministry support. From this hub, Global Fellowship can better serve workers on the ground and strengthen outreach into places with limited access to the Gospel.
Missionary Support and Accountability
This office will provide consistent, on the ground support and oversight for church planters and missionaries. It will help create a stronger structure for care, communication, resourcing, and healthy accountability in the work.
Missionary Wellness
Ministry in hard places comes with real spiritual, emotional, and practical demands. The Chiang Mai office is meant to be a place where missionaries can find encouragement, care, prayer, and support as they continue serving faithfully.
Resource and Equipping Hub
This space will also serve as a place for training, gatherings, and resourcing. It will host key meetings, conferences, and times of equipping that help missionaries and church planters stay effective and strengthened for long term ministry.
How it Began
How this vision began to take shape
What started as a long held vision gradually became a growing reality. As more leaders, missionaries, and teams began gathering in Chiang Mai, the need for a dedicated space became increasingly clear.
A home based office served the work in the early stages, but the needs quickly outgrew what that space could support.
The next step was securing an office that could serve not just as a workspace, but as a place for hospitality, training, oversight, care, and regional ministry coordination.
That step has now been taken. The office has been secured, and the next need is to prepare it for the work ahead.
From unfinished space to ministry hub
The office has been secured. Renovation is the next step.
The Chiang Mai office reflects Global Fellowship’s ongoing commitment to use field resources with care, integrity, and purpose. Every part of this project is meant to strengthen missionary work on the ground and help create the structures needed for healthy, effective ministry.
This is a practical investment in support, accountability, care, and long term Gospel work.
Help us Build this Hub
$19,000 is needed to complete the demolition and renovation.
These funds will help transform the office into a usable ministry space that can serve missionaries, church planters, ministry teams, and regional leadership.
By supporting the Chiang Mai Field Office, you are investing in something that reaches far beyond a physical space. You are helping create a base for ministry that will strengthen workers, support outreach, and help bring the message of Christ to places where He is still not known.
We invite you to be part of this important moment.
Together, we can help create a place that supports missionaries well, strengthens ministry across the region, and helps bring the light of Christ to those who still have little or no access to the Gospel.
Thank you for considering how you can be part of this work.
