This fund is designated for continued education and training for the operations director of the organization. The purpose is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization to better impact the communities around the world. Examples of training, could be fundraising training, the CAP professional designation provide by The American College for Financial Services, or any others that continue the betterment and education of the organization.
