Position Title: Director of Membercare


Reports To: 
Executive Vice President


Secondary Report: Vice President


Direct Reports: Member Care Specialists, HR team members
Overview: To lead leaders into a place of flourishing.
What you'll be doing:
  • Model the type of honest spirituality we seek to have on each field. Develop strong personal connections with each member under your care.
  • Develop and build a Member Care Team.
  • Be aware of the spiritual, emotional, physical and relational well-being of members.
  • Communicate frequently with members to build and maintain a relationship of trust and friendship.
  • Communicate regularly with staff to pass on needs and prayer requests.
  • Communicate training needs and desires to the Director of Training.
  • Coordinate re-entry or home visits for all missionaries.
  • Raise personal support.

You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and the ability to create and professionally present marketing materials. You have a passion for reaching the unreached with the Gospel. You have a heart for indigenous church planters to be well equipped with resources to make the most significant impact for the Kingdom.

  • Experience as a counselor
  • Experience as a missionary
  • Skilled in cross-cultural debrief, assessment, and soul-care.
